Pineapple Room Burger

In my search for the ultimate burger recipe, I discovered the Pineapple Room Burger at Alan Wong’s Pineapple Room in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The burger features Kiawe grilled Maui Cattle Company beef, topped with onion rings, bacon, melted cheddar cheese and avocado salsa. It’s served on a brioche onion roll with a dill pickle spear and delicious wasabi potato salad.

To make the wasabi potato salad, simply add 2-3 tablespoons of wasabi paste to your favorite potato salad recipe.
