The Bengal Barbecue Chicken Skewers recipe is one of Disneyland’s most requested recipes, especially since they are a relatively healthy option when compared to those amazing Corn Dogs!
Located inside Adventureland, Bengal Barbecue has a variety of Polynesian-themed items on the menu, including the Chieftain Chicken Skewers (as these are named), Banyan Beef Skewers, and the BBQ Pork Belly Skewers, which were a relatively new option before the COVID shutdowns. Everything is served with a delicious pineapple Polynesian BBQ sauce. The Safari Skewers (bacon-wrapped asparagus) are also delicious.
We heard City Hall sometimes gives out recipes from the park, and sure enough they were kind enough to share their Bengal Barbecue Chicken Skewers recipe with us! And these chicken kabobs tasted SO much better made at home!
