Raw Cranberry Relish

This raw cranberry relish recipe was given to us by a friend more than 20 years ago, and it remains one of our favorite condiments for roast turkey on Christmas or Thanksgiving.

This raw cranberry relish recipe is fresh, crunchy and spicy!

Unlike the cooked and jellied goop that you find in the can, this cranberry relish is fresh and crunchy — with a bit of spice from the horseradish.
