Full English Breakfast

This traditional English breakfast recipe, also known as the Full English Breakfast, makes a hearty start to your day. The 8 key ingredients in this dish are fried eggs, bacon, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes, sausage, black or white pudding, toast and baked beans.

Full English Breakfast Ingredients

Some ingredients, such as the black and white pudding, may be difficult to find. However, they can be ordered on Amazon. It is possible to make these yourself, and I’ve included some recipes for them below.

Other essential ingredients for a full English breakfast include back bacon, similar to Canadian bacon, and a can of Heinz Baked Beans.

I highly recommend using a large flat top griddle to make this dish. It will allow you to cook multiple items at once, so you can feed a crowd quickly.

To make a Vegetarian Full English Breakfast, leave out the bacon and sausage and add sliced avocado and fried Halloumi cheese instead.

Make your own sausages

Here are some recipes for homemade white pudding, black pudding and bangers if you’d like to make them yourself. Otherwise, it’s much easier to get them at a British market or order them online!
