During a recent visit to Yosemite National Park, I had the honor of touring the historic Ahwahnee Hotel kitchen with executive chef Percy Whatley. The Ahwahnee Dining Room is considered to be one of California’s best restaurants.
This historic kitchen has served royalty and celebrities, and serves as the center of action during the Awhahnee’s annual Vintners Holidays, Bracebridge Dinner and Chef’s Holidays events.
