Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 teaspoons minced chipotle peppers
- 1-4 teaspoons adobo sauce from the chipotles or more to taste
- 1 head roasted garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Blend by hand or in a food processor. Chill and serve.
