Learn how to roast garlic in this easy video tutorial! This roasted garlic recipe requires just one head of garlic, some aluminum foil, and a drizzling of olive oil. When roasting garlic, you can put it in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or place it on the top portion of your grill.
Roasted garlic is one of my favorite condiments. Not only can you spread it over French bread for garlic bread, but you can add it to mayonnaise for a tasty garlic aioli. It’s also great in hummus and homemade salsa!
