In fact, it’s very similar to what I enjoyed at Tacos El Gordo — a restaurant chain from Tijuana that has expanded to Las Vegas and San Diego. Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 avocados sliced and pits removed
- 2 jalapenos seeds removed (if desired)
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 of a white onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Serve with my homemade tortilla chips or street tacos!
