Avocado Salsa

Recipe by Jason Hill – CookingSessions.com
This avocado salsa recipe might remind you of El Pollo Loco, but this is what they serve in the hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurants in San Diego and Los Angeles. In fact, it's very similar to what I enjoyed at Tacos El Gordo — a chain from Tijuana, Mexico that has expanded to Las Vegas and San Diego. Serve this with my homemade tortilla chips or chicken tacos al carbon. Hope you enjoy the recipe!
