This Hawaiian Granola and Yogurt recipe — made with raw Kauai honey, dried fruit and tropical muesli — is a delicious and healthy start to your day. Layer it into breakfast parfait glasses with some fresh papaya or pineapple chunks, and even a few macadamia nuts, for a fancier presentation.
During our recent trip to Kauai, we stocked our condo with as many local Kauai products as possible. Two standouts were the Kauai Nectar raw Hawaiian honey and Anahola Granola — perfect for making Greek yogurt parfaits in the morning!
Made in Hawaii since 1986, Anahola’s Tropical Granola is made with honey-roasted whole grain rolled oats, macadamia nuts, unsweetened coconut, dried papaya and dried pineapple. The original version includes walnuts, sunflower seeds, unsweetened coconut and vanilla. Anahola also makes a mango and ginger granola, which will also be a great addition to this breakfast parfait.
You can serve this Greek yogurt with granola for breakfast, or enjoy it as a mid-afternoon snack. Feel free to add some of your favorite ingredients to this dish. Fresh flaked coconut, chopped macadamia nuts, and fresh pulp from lilikoi (Passion fruit) will make delicious additions to this breakfast treat.

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup Anahola Granola tropical or original
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons Kauai Nectar raw Hawaiian honey
- 1 cup diced pineapple, mango or papaya
- Add yogurt to a bowl or glass (if making into a parfait).
- Layer on the granola, honey, dried berries and fresh fruit.
