Ingredients

2 Asian Pears
1 package Italian prosciutto
1 jar Lemongrass Aleppo Pepper Jam

Method

Cut pears into quarters.
Drizzle a spoon of jam on each pear, then wrap in prosciutto.
Secure with a toothpick and serve.
