During a recent visit to Portland, I couldn’t resist visiting the world-famous Voodoo Doughnut at its original waterfront location.
In case you aren’t familiar with this unique bakery, Voodoo Doughnuts serves up a variety of doughnuts with unusual toppings, whether it’s maple frosting with fried bacon, or Fruit Loops and Captain Crunch cereal.
During my visit, there was a special treat on the menu — a chocolate Voodoo Doll with raspberry jelly filling made to look like Jason from Friday the 13th!
