Whenever we go to Palm Desert, we always stock up on a huge bag of Medjool dates. They are naturally sweet and bigger than most varieties, with a caramel like filling that's perfect for a variety of recipes. One of my favorite ways to prepare dates is stuffing them with goat cheese and wrapping them with bacon. Of course a homemade date shake is delicious too. This Stuffed Dates with Peanut Butter recipe is a cinch to prepare. All you need is a bag of Medjool dates, a container of your favorite peanut butter, and some flaky Maldon sea salt.
