If you’re a fan of margaritas, you’re going to love this Tequila Mockingbird recipe. It’s made with fresh muddled watermelon, tart lime juice, top-shelf silver tequila, fresh rosemary, and rimmed with Hawaiian black lava sea salt.
Rim two old fashioned glasses with lime juice and dip in the black lava sea salt. Add ice.
In a large 20 oz. cocktail shaker, combine the watermelon juice with the tequila and fresh squeezed lime juice. Add agave or simple syrup to your taste.
Strain into the glasses and garnish with the rosemary sprigs and lime wedges.
