Peanut Butter, Pickle and Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 slices challah bread
- 2 slices Gruyere cheese
- 6 bread and butter pickle slices
- White pepper and sea salt to taste
- Softened organic peanut butter
Instructions
- Spread a small amount of softened butter on the sliced bread. Fill the sandwich with the rest of the ingredients. Put sandwich together, butter side out, and grill on a pan until browned on both sides. You’ve got yourself one heck of a unique sandwich!
