Recently, during a trip down to our friend’s house in Laguna Beach, we decided to try cooking shrimp on a Himalayan salt rock, also called a Himalayan salt block. After heating the rock at 350 F in the oven, we put the rock on a cutting board and cooked the raw shrimp in just a few minutes. The result? Tasty shrimp and a great conversation piece! It was the hit of our Fourth of July BBQ!
