Grilled Corn Ribs

This recipe for grilled corn ribs is a fun and easy way to serve corn at your next barbecue.

Today we are making corn ribs on the grill. This easy and fun recipe is a different take on traditional grilled corn cob, made popular recently with the TikTok corn ribs recipe.

The corn cobs are quartered lengthwise, seasoned with a mixture of butter, hot sauce and Tajin, and put on the grill. As they cook they start to curve, taking on the shape of a rib. Hence the name corn ribs. If you don’t want to cook these on the grill, you can also make corn ribs in your air fryer.
