Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
In this episode of “Chef Tips,” I show you how to make bacon wrapped asparagus. It’s a great appetizer for a party and so easy to make!
Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Recipe
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 1 pack bacon slices
- Oil, for frying
- Remove tough ends from the bottom of the asparagus.
- Wrap each piece of asparagus with a bacon slice in a spiral direction, covering the stem.
- Carefully fry asparagus in a mini deep fryer heated to 375 F. Fry for about 2 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
- Remove to a plate covered with paper towels and let drain. Enjoy!
